Employers for Carers (via Carers UK) owns and operates efcdigital.org (the “Website”), via which it delivers a range of information and support resources to its member organisations (the “Services”). Individual employees of member organisations can use an EfC Membership Code to create an account and gain access to dedicated information and support resources aimed at supporting working carers.Terms of Service
The following terms and conditions govern the use of the Website and all content, services, and products available at or through the Website.
The Website and our Services are not directed to anyone younger than 18, and access and use of our Services is only offered to users 18 years of age or older. Should the Provider discontinue its EfC membership then access to all user accounts linked to that Provider’s EfC Membership Code will be terminated.
All provisions of this Agreement which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.Disclaimer of Warranties
