Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permissible by law, we hereby disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, title, custom, trade, quiet enjoyment, system integration and freedom from computer virus, in relation to the Website and the Services.

You acknowledge that your use of the Website and Services is at your sole risk. We do not warrant that your use of the Service is lawful in any particular jurisdiction, and specifically disclaim such warranties. Some jurisdictions limit or do not allow the disclaimer of implied or other warranties so the above disclaimer may not apply to you to the extent such jurisdiction’s law is applicable to you and these Terms of Use.

Although it is our intention for the Website to be available as much as possible, there may be occasions when the service may be interrupted, including, without limitation, for scheduled maintenance or upgrades, for emergency repairs, or due to failure of telecommunications links and/or equipment. We cannot guarantee that the Website will operate continuously or without interruptions or be error free and we can accept no liability for its unavailability. We only supply this Website personal use. You agree not to use the Website for any commercial, business or resale purposes, and we have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.

These Terms of Use, its subject matter and its formation, are governed by English law. The courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms of Use is held to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision will be deemed severable from these Terms of Use and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. If we fail to insist that you perform any of your obligations under these Terms of Use, or if we do not enforce our rights against you, or if we delay in doing so, that will not mean that we have waived our rights against you and will not mean that you do not have to comply with those obligations. If we do waive a default by you, we will only do so in writing, and that will not mean that we will automatically waive any later default by you.

These Terms of Use were written in English (UK). To the extent any translated version of these Terms of Use conflicts with the English version, the English version controls. We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms of Use to another organisation, but this will not affect your rights or our obligations under these Terms of Use. You may only transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms of Use to another person if we agree in writing.
